All Obama has done thus far, except for some token crap to keep progressives convinced that they haven't been suckered, is to take Bush's economic policy and push it twice as much.

Maybe they know quite well what they are doing. Maybe they just try to establish a global New Deal by forcing all central banks around the world to produce hyperinflation. Maybe that is the reason for the attacks against China -- it seems to be one critical opponent in that case.
It looks a lot more like "raw deal" than "new deal". . .
